Based in the North Devon area of Barnstaple, my client has an urgent requirement for an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide end-user & infrastructure support. This role is paying up to £30,000 + 25 days holiday & pension.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience in supporting the usual Microsoft stack of systems, as well as Apple and vaiours hardware platforms.
Skills & experience will include:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Office 365
- Exchange Server /Exchange Online
- Windows 10
- Apple Mac’s
- Network switches, routers & firewalls
- PC’s, laptops, tablets, printers & VoIP
Working in a small IT team you will be responsible for 2nd line support across all users and the infrastructure network. You will get involved with BAU support as well as project work giving you exposure to the latest technologies.
PLEASE NOTE – the successful candidate will need to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.
Based in Barnstaple my client has onsite parking facilities and is also accessible from the local train station.
