My client is a well-established and long-standing IT consultancy in the Dorking area going through continued growth and expansion. Due to customer demand, they have a new requirement for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their service desk. The role is paying between £28,000 - £32,000 + full training.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy and dynamic IT team providing telephone, remote and occasional onsite support to a wide variety of SME clients throughout the UK, as well as providing internal support to the latest IT infrastructure & hosting systems.
As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you will have a solid background with the usual Microsoft stack. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Office 365
- Exchange Online & SharePoint Online
- Azure Active Directory
- VMWare vSphere
- Windows Server
- Windows 10
As a generalist MSP my client also supports some businesses using Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS), AWS and IBM PowerVM for which full training will be provided.
Supporting circa 250 businesses, my client has 4 UK wide offices with this role being based out of the head office in the Dorking area. Please note – you will need your own transport to get to their site as it is NOT accessible via public transport or in the town centre.
