To be considered for this position you will have a strong passion for IT and a friendly and outgoing personality. You will have an excellent understanding of customer service and enjoy dealing with IT users at all levels.
As an IT Helpdesk Analyst you will have some previous experience using call logging & remote access tools, as well as supporting Windows 10, Office 365, and ideally Active Directory.
Based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex they have onsite parking and are commutable from Crawley, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hailsham, Lewes, Brighton, Seaford, Newhaven, and Eastbourne.
My client can offer excellent training & career progression. In return for hard work and dedication, they will match your skills with a salary of between £20,000 - £25,000.
