Exciting opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to take the next step in their career. Based within walking distance from Bethnal Green and Cambridge Heath, an international Creative Agency is looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their growing IT function.
You will provide proactive 3rd and 2nd line support in a hybrid Windows and Mac environment. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with support experience in a creative production or post production environment.
The working hours will be from 09.30 to 18.00, Monday to Friday. You will need to be prepared to work longer hours when projects reach their installation and configuration stages.
Key experience:
- Server side support including server setup, troubleshooting and system installation.
- Hands on experience with Windows 10, including Active Directory, SCCM and O365.
- Experience with Mac troubleshooting and support.
- Able to get involved with networking and patching
