My client is an international leading firm looking to boost their IT service desk with 2 additional IT support analysts. These are newly created roles required due to continued growth and expansion. Based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex they have onsite parking and are commutable from Crawley, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hailsham, Lewes, Brighton, Seaford, Newhaven, and Eastbourne.
To be considered for this position you must have some previous IT support experience. Ideally, you will have worked on an IT helpdesk providing telephone & remote support, logging tickets, and escalating incidents & issues to the 2nd line support team.
The ideal candidate will be confident & outgoing, and have a strong desire to further their IT career using the latest technologies & systems.
As an experienced IT support analyst you will have previous experience working with:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Call logging & remote access tools
