Systems Analyst – Chelmsford - up to £190 per day
A reputable multinational law firm are seeking a Systems Analyst to join their dynamic and progressive team to assist with supporting their desktop environment on an initial 3-month contract.
Within this role, you will be providing users with support on a daily basis whilst also coming up with technical resolutions for any faults that have occurred. You will deal with problem management and identifying trends in order to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Travel is required to various sites within the UK to assist with support and IT projects.
In order to be considered for this position you must have legal application experience and come from a legal background. You must have proven 1st and 2nd line support experience; knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and profile management; Citrix; Virtual desktop experience; MS Office, basic networking skills and knowledge regarding remote access.
