A multi award winning design group in the heart of London have a rare opportunity to join their IT team as a Senior IT Support Analyst, undertaking 1st-3rd line support and supporting the core technology platforms within the business, managing; on site hardware, cloud platforms and networks, alongside the IT Manager for the UK and EMEA.
Reporting into the Head of IT, you will be one of the escalation points for the 1st and 2nd line helpdesk team, supporting 200 users and will also work closely on key IT projects for the business. This is an environment that embraces new technology and are keen to have someone on board who demonstrates that passion for tech.
Technologies in the environment include: Windows 2012 and 2016, Hyper-V, Cisco, Azure, Office 365, Windows 10, MAC OS, SAN, Active Directory, Group Policy. Ideally you should demonstrate experience across most if not all of the above as well as decent networking support skills (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, WAN)
There are approximately 200 users to support across this multi-site environment, although predominantly in the UK, there is some remote support to EMEA offices too.
