IT Support Analyst

A well established professional services business based in Chelmsford is looking for a professional IT Support Analyst to join its growing IT team on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate start.

The support you offer will be predominantly 1st and 2nd line support.  You will deliver this alongside a high performing team through a mixture of remote and deskside, via the service desk and with some work on client sites. 

To be suitable for this role it is essential that you have demonstrable experience providing proactive 1st and 2nd line support to users within a Windows environment. You will have an in-depth knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 2013, Active Directory and Exchange.

Further to the above, it is ESSENTIAL that you have prior Citrix support experience, and ideally the successful candidate will have also gained some of their experience within a business in the legal sector.

This is a 3-month initial contract, with the potential for extension and the client is looking for a candidate able to adhere to an immediate start.
