An internationally successful Law firm with 20 years of establishment are looking for an IT Support Analyst, with some commercial exposure, to join their team as they grow their UK operations and centralise their IT department. Based in Chancery Lane, my client is looking for a bright and confident candidate to look after 1st and some 2nd line IT support across their users, software, hardware and peripherals.
Responsibilities:

User support across the UK offices.

Support across a Windows environment

Desktop/laptop installations and support

Active Directory - setting up new users, assigning permissions, password resetting, adding to groups.

Printer support and administration

Assist the Global IT Director remotely with matters in London
Skills:
-
Good working knowledge of Windows 7 and 10

Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with Windows Server and Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory and Exchange Server

Basic understanding of networking concepts and support such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
The starting salary for this role is up to £25,000 based on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
