My client is a well-established and highly respected IT consultancy based in the Dorking area of Surrey. Due to continued growth and expansion they have a newly created position for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the support team at their head office in providing 1st & 2nd line support to a wide range of customers in the Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Greater London area.
Please note – this location is NOT accessible via public transport so you MUST drive and have your own transport
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working on an IT helpdesk providing 1st & 2nd line telephone and remote support.
Your skills and experience will include working with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality with an excellent understanding of customer service. Although it is not essential, the ideal candidate will have previously used call logging & remote access tools.
