A well-established company that offer a range of technical training and education programmes are looking for an experienced support professional to join their growing technical team.
You will be involved in the installation and configuration of ICT hardware, operating systems and PC software. The role will also involve upgrades and ongoing maintenance of computer and network equipment and you will ultimately be responsible for providing a proactive support service for all user issues.
You will have a secure understanding of Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Office 365 and virtualisation, ideally VMware.
This role would suit a passionate technologist who is enthusiastic and keen to deliver a first class user experience.
