IT Support Analyst

A global business based in Staines is looking for a personable, customer focused, IT Support Analyst to join its growing IT support team.

Working within a small but highly professional local IT team you will provide business critical 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support within a Windows environment. You will be the primary point of contact for internal IT support queries so exceptional communication skills are absolutely essential.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be a technically savvy creative problem solver with an excellent understanding of Windows 7/10 and Office 365.

Further to the above you must have a solid knowledge of Windows Server 2012/16, and any experience with VMware or CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous to your application but are not essential.
