IT Support Analyst

A specialist finance-focused business is looking to add a Desktop Support Engineer to their IT team to be based in Central London. 

Reporting into an IT Manager this is a multipurpose role which spans 1st and 2nd line support, with the opportunity to be involved in various project implementations, as required. 

A key focus of the role will be helping to improve the IT experience within the business. 

You must have experience with the following technologies: 

- Windows 10 and Remote Desktop Services 
- Office 2013 / 2016 
- Exchange 2010 
- Active Directory 
- Network technology 
- Audio Visual Equipment 
- Mobile Devices 

A previous background in professional services or financial services would be preferred but is not essential.
