A well-established financial services business is looking for a personable and ambitious IT Support Analyst to join their growing team.
Based in their London office, you will be the sole source of onsite IT support for the company’s 70 local users. You will provide a proactive and professional 1st to 3rd line user and systems support service to the business and will have demonstrable expertise with Windows 8/10, Windows Server 2016, Active Directory and Office 365. Further to the above, although this role is predominantly Windows focused, any Mac OS support experience would be desirable, although not essential.
