To be suitable for this role you must have proven ability of supporting and administering Apple equipment in a networked environment, in particular iPads, MacOS devices and Apple TV’s and experience with MDM solutions, ideally JAMF Pro
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and escalation point for support issues relating to Apple products and systems to 2nd or 3rd line level.
- Management of Apple School Manager
- Management and configuration changes of Mobile Device Management system
- UK Driving license is essential
