IT Support Analyst / Technician
Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits. Fully remote/home based with the option of visiting London offices if you wish.
A global publishing company are looking to add an enthusiastic junior IT support professional to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company where you can learn and develop your IT support skills.
To be considered suitable you will have some previous end user support experience along with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning. Training on technologies can be provided and duties will include:
- Remote user support for global users
- New user onboarding and IT procurement
- Support of Windows OS and Office 365
- Google Cloud/Workspace
- Salesforce support
- Software installation and backups
