This is an urgent requirement for an IT Service Desk Analyst to take a 3 month contract paying £210p/d inside IR35. My client is an industry-leading IT consultancy firm based in Bedfordshire looking to add an IT Support Analyst to its growing IT helpdesk team.
This role will be site based 5 days a week and will be ideal for a 1st line / 2nd line Support Analyst with previous experience on a busy service desk.
Due to their location (Bedford, Hitchin, Luton area) they are NOT accessible via public transport, therefore the successful candidate MUST have their own transport & a full driving licence. Due to the nature of this work the successful candidate will also need to pass a DBS check.
Day to day duties will include:
- Receiving, logging, processing and monitoring tickets received into our IT Service Desk.
- Providing 1st line support across Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows OS and Active Directory
To be considered suitable you will need to have strong customer service skills and a passion for providing IT support. Previous 1st line IT support experience is also required and any relevant certifications would be seen as advantageous.
