A leader in the provision of logistics is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be able to evidence sound delivery of exceptional service within a modern IT department. A proficient 1st line support background and the ability to critically evaluate potential software and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a timely and high-quality service desk function inc. remotely.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with IT equipment and software.
- Communications with 3rd party suppliers regarding network/system failures.
- Maintain system security and stability.
- Work with the Group Compliance Director on new systems developments and projects.
Skills required:
- Working knowledge of Windows 8 and 10
- Knowledge of VOIP phone systems.
- Microsoft Office 2013 onwards inc. Office 365
- Knowledge of virtual servers
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 onwards.
