IT Support

My client, a leader in client services are looking for an IT Analyst to join their team to deliver IT services and support the company's infrastructure. This role will be responsible for system upgrades and the delivery of solutions. 
- Management and support of VMWare based infrastructure and storage solutions
- Management and support of Citrix (VDI & PVS)
- Confident in M365, Azure based IaaS environments
- Management and Support of AAD, SSO, ADFS, AD Connect & Okta
- Management and support of Windows Server 2008-2019
- Management and experience of Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online + Migrations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technically capable, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience within a hybrid infrastructure environment.
- Exchange 2010+ 
- Windows 2008-2019 support and management.
- Linux server experience.
- Migrations of services and servers to Azure.
- Experience of maintaining hybrid Exchange env and managing migration to Exchange Online.
- Experience of delivering 365 migrations to large user base (500+) would be hugely beneficial.
- Microsoft Certified
