My client, a leader in client services are looking for an IT Analyst to join their team to deliver IT services and support the company's infrastructure. This role will be in a hybrid environment, responsible for system upgrades and the delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Management and support of VMWare based infrastructure and storage solutions
- Management and support of Citrix (VDI & PVS)
- Confident in M365, Azure based IaaS environments
- Management and Support of AAD, SSO, ADFS, AD Connect & Okta
- Management and support of Windows Server 2008-2019
- Management and experience of Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online + Migrations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technically capable, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
Skills:
- Experience within a hybrid infrastructure environment.
- Exchange 2010+
- Windows 2008-2019 support and management.
- Linux server experience.
- Migrations of services and servers to Azure.
- Experience of maintaining hybrid Exchange env and managing migration to Exchange Online.
- Experience of delivering 365 migrations to large user base (500+) would be hugely beneficial.
Desirable:
