A new opening for an IT support technician to join a niche and ever-active company has become available. Based in Wimbledon the role entails the successful candidate to work as part of a team to support the businesses IT needs. This is a great opportunity to retain a good work-life balance and gain experience within a very hands-on environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Providing support for Windows and Mac.
- Remote support.
- Creating and patching network cables.
- Supporting MS SQL.
- Repair and upgrade servers and laptops.
- Managing MS exchange, DHCP, GPO, DNS and Active Directory.
Skills:
- Experience providing remote support.
- MS Exchange.
- Experience with MAC and IOS.
- Exposure to MS SQL.
- Work with Active Directory.
