This is an entry level role has been made available for recent graduates and tech enthusiasts within a leading technology firm in the area of Thame, Oxfordshire. This role with entail the support of all technical areas of the business. You will be an active member of the Support team and also be involved in product evaluation and testing.

All training will be provided on the job. The company are looking for bright individuals who are looking to forge the initial stages of their IT career.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to all stakeholders.
Maintain strong product knowledge.
Provide assistance with development work e.g. testing and evaluation.
Apply appropriate processes and standards within the company management systems.

Skills:

Excellent communication and people skills.
Good all round technical awareness.
Previous experience within a customer support role.
Previous experience working with windows products.
