A well-established growing managed services provider is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support for a client with multiple locations in the Crewe area, Cheshire. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of duties including BAU hardware / software support & advice as well as project work as required.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience in an IT Support Technician, Desktop Support Analyst, IT Field Engineer, or similar role ideally in an MSP environment. It is essential to have a full UK driving licence as well as broad technical skills covering Active Directory (group policy), Windows Server, O365/G-Suite, Desktop/Laptop Hardware, general networking and ideally virtualisation technologies (VMware and/ or Hyper–V).
