An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Services and Support Manager to join a large global organisation in Central London.
You’ll have previous experience managing service desk and support teams across multiple locations, ensuring the business needs are met and in line with ITIL framework.
You’ll work with senior leadership teams to ensure the IT strategy is delivered and work on service improvements.
Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and deployment, maintenance, upgrade and IT systems and infrastructure including servers, operating systems, hardware and communication networks.
It’s highly desirable you have managed in a similar environment. The technical estate supported is as follows:
