IT Service Desk Manager 
 
- Based in West London
- Permanent, full time role
- Salary up to £60,000 plus 15% bonus, travel costs covered and 25 days holiday
- Hybrid - 2 days at home per week
 
A global company with offices in the West London area are looking for an experienced Service Delivery/Service Desk Manager to join their IT function. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading organisation. Duties will include: 
- Leading and managing an external IT Helpdesk Support Team to deliver high performance across the organisation and meet service standards
- Developing the IT service management strategy to align with company goals
- Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Overseeing projects and ensuring goals are met
- Supporting the continuous improvement of IT services across the organisation
- Providing technical assistance when required
- Helpdesk resource / man management
 
To be considered suitable for this Service Desk Manager role you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Strong experience of managing a helpdesk/service desk team. Including both inhouse and external resources
- Experience in monitoring and reporting across service delivery levels 
- Experience of implementing best practice
- Technical efficiency with Microsoft Teams, Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy and Endpoint Security
