This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused confident & organised IT Service Desk Manager / IT Helpdesk Manager to join an IT consultancy in the Abingdon area.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have an IT background, but have moved more into customer service delivery, vendor management, and IT helpdesk management.
Overseeing a customer based IT service desk you will be responsible for:
- Mentoring & managing a small team of 1st line IT analysts
- Ticket management, allocation & escalation
- Process management
- KPI & SLA management
- Performance reporting
- Vendor & supplier management
As the IT Service Desk Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager you will help shape the helpdesk to grow the company in size and revenue. Any experience with ITIL will be highly beneficial.
This position is paying a salary of between £37,500 - £42,500 + 23 days holiday, pension, healthcare & cycle to work scheme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT SDM or IT Helpdesk Manager to make a big impact within an IT consultancy.
