IT Service Desk Engineer – Godalming, Guildford, Surrey - £32,000 + full MCSE training & formal certifications
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well-established IT MSP in a senior capacity on their 3rd line IT service desk providing telephone & remote support to a wide variety of SME customers.
As an experienced IT Support Engineer you will have previous experience supporting, managing, maintaining & troubleshooting the standard Microsoft stack. This will include Windows 10, Active Directory, Windows Server 2016, Office365 &/or Exchange Server.
To be considered for this position you will have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for user support. Further experience with Citrix and VMWare / HyperV would be highly beneficial but not essential.
