My client is a leading nationwide IT consultancy looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team acting as a middle ground between the customers and the business. This role is paying £55,000 and will be 75% home based working with maybe a fortnightly visit into the office in Bedfordshire.
To be considered for this position you will be an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with a proven track record of customer management.
Working in a small team of SDM’s you will be assigned a number of small, medium and large customers that you will manage.
Ideally you will have a technical background and have a good understanding of cloud platforms and Microsoft technologies.
As a confident and outgoing Service Delivery Manager you will be comfortable owning the technical & commercial change process and negotiating scope.
In addition to acting as the first point of contact for escalations, you will also conduct service reviews and assist with contract renewals.
My client is based in Bedfordshire within commutable from Luton, Bedford, Hitchin, Milton Keynes, Letchworth Garden City, Stevenage and St Neots, although they would be happy with predominantly working from home with maybe 1 day a fortnight being office based.
