My client, an award winning media firm are looking for an IT Manager to join their team and head their IT department. This role has come about during a period of growth and presents a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to play a big part of the company's development and success.
The successful professional will be responsible for all IT systems and services. Monitoring performance and productivity levels and make recommendations for improvements to the IT environment. It is important for candidates to be forward-thinking with drive and initiative to create positive change.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing current & future requirements.
- Defining IT strategy, architecture and process.
- Developing IT solutions alongside key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assessment and management of vendors.
- Ensure integrity, control and effective operation of all computer systems.
- Building and managing IT budgets.
- Acting as point of escalation for service issues and incident management.
Skills:
- Experience working in IT Operations.
- Experience leading and managing IT Projects.
- Good knowledge of Cyber Security and ISO27001.
- Previous vendor relationship management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Administration knowledge.
- Ability to work confidently with stakeholders and present ideas as required.
