A well-established professional legal services firm based in central Leeds is seeking a meticulous, personable, and motivated IT Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the most senior IT personnel on-site, where you can shape and deliver the entire IT strategy for the business. This is a hybrid role where you are required onsite 3 days a week.
Reporting directly to one of the Partners, you will have responsibility for the IT budget and ensuring all systems in place are cost-effective. You will manage the Azure and O365 domains, supervise, upgrade, and maintain the network and the hybrid server infrastructure, the design and upkeep of reports using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI. You will also create and maintain documents within their PMS system and when the needs of the firm and legal requirements change, you will be required to review and update IT-related policies to reflect this. You will have 1 IT Assistant working directly under you in this position.
To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will come from a legal/professional services background, have proven experience working with Windows Os and Servers, MS Azure AD, SQL, and multi-factor authentification, and have a solid networking understanding. You must also have experience working with a PMS (Practice Management System).
