We are looking for an IT Manager to join our clients team in Central London, a professional services firm that prides themselves on being people focussed. This role will include overseeing IT management within specific offices across UK and Europe and involve managing day-to-day technical operations and information services. The successful candidate will provide leadership, drive customer engagement and team collaboration, service management and maintenance across core systems. You will also be responsible for coordination budget, security and asset management.

Further responsibilities include:
Leading a team of IT support professionals by setting objectives and evaluating performance and supporting them by leading on training and development plans. This will include collaborating with members of the team in other parts of the world to improve processes.
Regularly taking part in engaging with stakeholders for feedback on services and providing change where necessary.
You will be responsible for the company's core systems by maintaining and ensuring consistency with operational standards and overseeing the responsibility of local installations for systems that are used across the organisation.
Being accountable for asset management and office equipment through inventory management.
And ensuring application-based backup, restorations, and recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in a professional services firm in a management or supervisory capacity.
