A highly successful business based in Uxbridge is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join its team. The client embraces flexibility and offers a hybrid working environment with 2 days from home. Please note the successful candidate will be required to travel to Wales regularly (either for one day each week or for two days with an overnight stay every 2 weeks).
Within this role of significant responsibility, you will develop and implement the IT strategy whilst ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing their small established IT Support Team of 4. You will be responsible for analysing and improving business processes and recommending new technology solutions.
You will have the requisite people management skills to lead a multi-faceted team and will have proven experience in aligning technology initiatives with organisational objectives. You will oversee the IT estate and will ensure that the cloud, on-prem, and network infrastructure, runs smoothly. The technology estate is comprised of Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure.
