IT Manager – City of London – Hybrid Working - £65,000
One day per week in the office- 4 at home.
A rapidly growing, technology focused business with offices in Central London are looking for a personable IT Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established SME (200 employees) in a role where you will really be able to make an impact and shape the way the organisation utilises technology moving forward. This role will act as a technology business partner to the leadership team; advising and guiding on their IT and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be commercial, engaging and have a real passion for the way IT can have an impact on a business.
Reporting into the senior leadership, your role as IT Manager will focus on the management and development of the IT and Data Team. You will look to drive continuous improvement whilst implementing, supporting and managing all IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for the day to day running of all IT systems as well as the IT team. You will maintain essential IT operations and will support the team to ensure the efficient running of business applications, servers, network, infrastructure, desktops/laptops and cloud technology. In addition, you will work across a range of projects outside of BAU work.
To be suitable for this IT Manager role, you will enjoy a varied leadership role and have gained previous experience managing a small team. You will personable and professional; able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will be customer focused and able to communicate with non technical audiences. You will work with CTO to develop the IT strategy and will play a lead role in securing buy in from the wider business.
In terms of technologies, you will have previous experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and ideally some exposure to databases or CRM systems..
The salary on offer for this role is up to £65,000 plus benefits. Please note- there is a lot of flexibility to work at home – you are required in London once per week.
