A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in Central London is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join its team. The client offers a hybrid working environment and you will be expected to be onsite 2/3 days per week.
You’ll ensure the smooth running of daily operations, manage their established IT Support Team, act as an escalation point, and provide support for their software and hardware platforms. You will also be responsible for analysing business processes and recommending new approaches.
In order to be suitable for the position, you will have proven experience with managing IT Teams and senior engineers. You will have experience with assisting, developing, and managing IT policies/procedures. You will be responsible for managing deployment and roll-out projects and have previous experience working within a Windows environment.
