A well-established firm is looking for a personable standalone IT Manager to join its expanding team, based in London.
Working alongside the senior leadership team you will manage supplier relationships, provide some technical support, and have overall responsibility for all system and user issues across multiple sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing existing suppliers – ensuring accurate and timely delivery of service and conducting regular review meetings.

Some 1st line support – while most support will be outsourced you still be readily available to support users.

Budget management – keeping on top of all aspects of IT spend, recommending future budget.

Change management and project planning – where larger changes are expected, to fully project manage them and provide the link between suppliers and colleagues.

Internal stakeholder management – designing and delivering IT comms, keeping everyone up to date, providing reassurance, and demystifying IT terminology.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be an excellent communicator with proven IT support skills and the ability to build relationships and implement technological improvements effectively.
