IT Infrastructure Engineer – VMWare, Office 365, MS Azure & Windows Server

My client is a well-established and growing IT consultancy with an impressive number of customers in the Greater London, Kent, Surrey & Sussex areas. They have a new requirement for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the consultancy team providing customer site project work and remote support from the head office in Dorking.

To be considered for this position you will have an impressive background with the standard Microsoft stack and have recent experience with the VMWare vSphere and the Azure cloud platform.

Technical skills & experience with the following will be required:

Windows Server 2012, 2016 &/or 2019
Active Directory
VMWare vSphere &/or Hyper-V
MS Office 2016 &/or Office 365
MS Azure

Any further skills with Powershell scripting, MS Exchange Server and MS SQL Server would be highly beneficial but NOT essential.

Working in a dual capacity of IT support and project consultancy you will ideally have previous experience working for an MSP or an IT consultancy. You will have an engaging and dynamic personality and enjoy dealing with customers at all levels.

This role is predominantly based out of Dorking but will require some travel around the South East UK region so a full UK driving licence will be required.
