My client is a well-established and global leading engineering firm going through continued growth and expansion. Based in Uckfield, they have a new & exciting position for an IT Helpdesk Manager to manage the current team, with a view to expanding the team to a global remit over the next 2 years.
Coming from a strong IT support background you will have previous experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory and Windows Server. You will also have some experience of mentoring / managing a small IT service desk providing 1st & 2nd line remote support to a sizable company with multiple sites – this will include ticket management & escalation, KPI & SLA management, performance reporting, team training & mentoring, and 3rd party management and stakeholder management.
This position is based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex my client is within commuting distance of Royal Tonbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, East Grinstead, Crowborough, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Horley, Horsham, Brighton, Newhaven, Eastbourne, Lewes and Hailsham.
In return for hard work and dedication my client will match your skills and experience with a salary of between £35,000 - £40,000.
