This is a newly created position for an experienced IT Manager to lead a small but busy IT helpdesk team. This role is 5 days a week in the Northampton office and pays up to £50,000, plus up to a 15% bonus.
To be considered for this position, you will have a solid IT support background as well as team management experience.
Leading a small team of 1st & 2nd line Helpdesk Support Analysts, you will be both hands-on with resolving tickets and managing the team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experiences:
- Windows 11, Office 365, Intune & Azure AD
- Ticket management & escalation
- Team management, training & mentoring, 121’s & KPI’s
- Best Practice policies, documentation standards & SLA’s
- 3rd line escalations around infrastructure support, improvements & maintenance
