My client is in urgent need of a solid 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst to join their customer focused support team. This position will be based in the High Wycombe area of Buckinghamshire and is paying up to £30,000.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote & deskside IT support, ideally working for an MSP or IT consultancy. As an experienced IT Support Analyst you will have previous experience supporting, managing, troubleshooting, installing & maintaining various IT hardware and software systems.
Technical skills will include:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- Call logging & remote access tools
- Setting up PC’s, laptops & printers
- Basic networking
This role will be office based working a Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm shift. You will receive excellent training and mentoring and be given the chance to work with the latest Azure cloud technologies across a wide variety of SME customers.
