My client is a well-established and highly regarded MSP in the Guildford area of Surrey. Due to continued growth and expansion they have an urgent requirement for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their dedicated service desk providing telephone & remote IT support.
As a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, they will offer full & formal MS training & certifications to help your personal & career development. They are happy to offer a hybrid split week of working from home and working in the office.
As an experienced 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a growing SME customer base across Surrey, Greater London and Hampshire. You will have solid customer service skills and enjoy dealing with users of all levels.
To be considered for this IT Service Desk position you will have previous experience of supporting, managing and troubleshooting a Microsoft stack, ideally on a busy service desk. This will include:
- Windows Server administration
- Windows 10
- Active Directory &/or Azure AD
- Office365
- Exchange Online &/or Exchange Server
Any further experience with Azure, Citrix &/or VMWare, as well as any antivirus & backup solutions, would be highly beneficial.
Based in the Guildford area of Godalming, Surrey, my client is in a good location for train links and A3 / M3 driving. This role is paying a salary of £28,000 + full MCSE training & certification, pension, dental, life assurance & healthcare.
