This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join an IT helpdesk providing telephone & remote 1st line IT support to external customers. My client is a long-established and highly regarded IT consultancy in the Guildford area going through continued growth and expansion.
As a certified Microsoft Gold Partner, they have an impressive SME customer base across Surrey, Greater London and Hampshire for which they provide the complete range of IT services to. This 1st line IT Support Analyst role is paying between £20,000 - £24,000 + full MCSE training & certification + dental, life assurance, healthcare and pension.
As a customer focussed role, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be confident & outgoing, and enjoy dealing with users of all levels.
Ideally, you will have some experience or study with:
- Windows 10
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Call Logging & Remote Access tools
Once you have settled into the role and completed the initial in-house training, you will have access to a wide range of fully funded formal Microsoft courses & exams. My client is looking for someone to progress up to the 2nd line team and then onto the 3rd line team when the time is right.
Based in the Guildford area of Godalming, Surrey, my client is in a good location for train links and A3 / M3 driving. This role is paying a salary of £23,000 + full MCSE training & certification, pension, dental, life assurance & healthcare.
