They have a newly created requirement for a confident & outgoing IT Support Analyst.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working on an IT Service Desk providing telephone & remote support. This will include working with, troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- Setting up PC’s, laptops, printers & basic networks
- Ticketing & remote access tools
