This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced 1st & 2nd line IT Support Analyst to join a global leading firm in the Doncaster office providing BAU support and project work.
Although you will predominantly be supporting the Doncaster office you will also be required to provide telephone & remote support to other global sites on an as & when basis.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support to a Microsoft stack. As an experienced IT Technician your core skills will include Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, mobiles, tablets, PC’s, laptops and printers. Further experience with remote access tools & call logging systems will be highly desirable.
Based on a business trading estate outside of Doncaster my client is NOT accessible via public transport, but they DO have onsite car parking available.
