IT Helpdesk Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leading firm going through continued growth & expansion. They have a newly created opportunity for a 1st Line Support Analyst to become an important part of their busy helpdesk team in their East Sussex office.
 
To be considered for this position you will have a strong passion for IT and a friendly and outgoing personality. You will have an excellent understanding of customer service and enjoy dealing with IT users at all levels.
 
As an IT Helpdesk Analyst you will have some previous experience using call logging & remote access tools, as well as supporting Windows 10, Office 365, and ideally Active Directory. Any further experience with SharePoint &/or ERP/CRM systems will be highly beneficial but NOT essential.
 
Based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex they have onsite parking and are commutable from Crawley, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hailsham, Lewes, Brighton, Seaford, Newhaven and Eastbourne.
