My client is a well-established and highly respected IT consultancy based in the Dorking area of Surrey. Due to continued growth and expansion, they have a newly created position for a 1st & 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst to join the support team at their head office in supporting a wide range of customers.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working on an IT helpdesk providing 1st & 2nd line telephone and remote support.
Core technical skills will include:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality with an excellent understanding of customer service.
