A successful Managed IT Services company is looking for a driven and experienced IT Field Service Engineer / IT Support Technician to join its highly talented team. The role will involve providing on-site and remote support for multiple sites in the Crewe area, covering day to day general support.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Technician, IT Field Services Engineer or similar role. It is essential to have broad technical skills covering Windows OS, desktop software, general administration (permissions, password resets) and basic networking (cabling, patching or changing VLANS).

This is a growing business that invests heavily in it's staff and offers genuine career progression. This IT Field Service Engineer role is paying up to £24,000 plus benefits.
