A highly successful global MSP based in Canary Wharf is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and determined IT Support Engineer to join their expanding business, with plenty of opportunities for technical skills building. This role is based 5 days a week onsite.
Reporting to the Site Manager and VNOC Manager, you will be required to carry out 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line desktop and server administration support, provide telephone and email support to users, participate in occasional field service, as well as work with the ticketing system to resolve any issues and escalating tickets to the senior team when necessary.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience with the following:
Proven Windows Os/Server support experience
O365/ Active Directory
Networking administration skills
MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Exchange, etc.
