A leader in the provision of logistics is looking for an IT Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be able to evidence sound delivery of exceptional service within a modern IT department. A candidate with the ability to critically evaluate potential software and technology. Responsibilities:
- Provide a timely and high-quality service desk function inc. remotely.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with IT equipment and software.
- Communications with 3rd party suppliers regarding network/system failures.
- Maintain system security and stability.
- Work with the Group Compliance Director on new systems developments and projects.
Skills required:
- Working knowledge of Windows 8 and 10
- Knowledge of VOIP phone systems.
- Microsoft Office 2013 onwards inc. Office 365
- Knowledge of virtual servers
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 onwards.
