A well-established engineering firm is looking for an accomplished IT Director to join its senior leadership team, based in Central London.
In this business critical role, you will report directly to the CEO and have full responsibility for developing the technology strategy and vision of the Group. You will provide inspirational leadership to the 10 person IT team, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and provide an exceptional support service to 500 users.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an IT Director with strategic vision, a passion for innovation, and demonstrable experience of leading digitization projects. Key focus areas will be optimizing Finance, HR and IT systems, enabling the business to capture and analyse data more efficiently, managing supplier relationships, and improving the efficiency of processes and workflows.
You will devise and implement the IT strategy and deliver a robust, efficient, and secure technology environment. In addition to creating and delivering the IT roadmap you will partner with the executive team to drive forward technological innovation and business growth.
