IT Customer Support Manager

A fantastic opening for a small, highly successful, friendly and growing software house that develop an application used by many businesses across multiple sectors.
As the IT Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing three members of support staff, leading helpdesk calls and support requests while also supervising analysis of the platform data.
In addition to this, you will also be expected to have project management skills in a technical support environment as you will project manage client deployment, infrastructure and migration projects.
To be considered for this role you must have;
  • A good understanding of troubleshooting methods with a logical and analytical approach.
  • Team management skills
  • Project management experience in an IT Support environment.
The right candidate will be tech savvy with customer service experience, particularly in a fast paced environment, excellent interpersonal skills and possess a keen interest in modern technology.
