This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing Senior / 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer to provided 3rd Line BAU customer support as well as carry out various customer rollout / migration / install projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded MSP in the heart of Guildford. This is a newly created position for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to take a customer-focused position paying £45,000 and based out of their Guildford office.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have an MSP / consultancy background or have worked in a high pressured and fast-paced professional services organization.
As an IT Consultant you will have previous experience working across a complete on-prem & cloud Microsoft stack.

- Exchange Server / Exchange Online

This will be a mixed role requiring the flexibility of different disciplines. Some days you will be working on a service desk providing 3rd line remote support, some days you will be on customer sites providing onsite BAU support, and other days you will be working on new projects using the latest technologies.
This role is paying up to £45,000 and although is currently purely working from home-based, once it is safe to do so, you can mix your week up with working from home, working from the office and working at customer sites.
